Guidance for the woman who holds it all

You can be

and regulated.

For high-achieving women with ADHD who have held everything together while their nervous systems run on empty. Nervous system and manifestation coaching, built for how your brain actually works.

A different kind of guidance

You look fine.
That’s the problem.

On paper, you’re doing well. People come to you because you always figure it out. But behind the scenes, masking, over-preparing, and being the one everyone leans on are leaving you depleted.

The same nervous system that helped you climb may now be asking for something different. At the intersection of science and spirituality, we work with your body, your brain, and your vision for what comes next.

In your 30s? You belong here, too. Some women with ADHD report perimenopause-like symptoms as early as 35, and hormonal changes may make focus and emotional regulation feel harder. Explore the research ↗

Shifted by Guidance™

Make the shift.
Keep the shift.

Science helps us understand the patterns. Spirituality helps us reconnect with possibility. Shifted brings both into practical coaching for your nervous system, your attention, and the life you want to build.

01 / SEE

See yourself clearly

Understand what masking, chronic stress, and changing hormones may be asking of you. Your brain is not broken; the old tools may no longer fit.

02 / RESET

Find your ground

Learn to notice your state, pause, and use small, repeatable practices before asking yourself to focus or follow through.

03 / BECOME

Live the shift

Practice receiving support, meaningful rituals, and a return plan for the days you drift. The comeback is the win.

The shifts we practice

Transformation can look quiet.

The work is personal, and the changes are often quieter than a before-and-after photo. Here are the shifts we practice.

01 / SEE IT

Know what you want.

Picture your life five years from now. You know exactly what you don’t want: the exhaustion, the constant catching up, the life that looks good but doesn’t feel like yours. But what do you want? We start with one honest line about how you want to feel, then uncover the old stories that make it hard to believe you can have it.

02 / SET IT

Make it easier to begin.

You’ve bought the planner. Downloaded the app. Made the plan. Then life happened, the routine fell apart, and you blamed yourself. We set goals with your ADHD brain in mind: clear enough to move toward, meaningful enough to care about, and small enough to start even on a hard day.

03 / GROUND IT

Feel steady enough to move.

You know what needs doing. You just can’t seem to make yourself do it when you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or bracing for the next demand. We start with your nervous system: simple ways to settle, move through resistance, and find your footing before asking yourself to do more.

04 / LET IT

Let the good in.

Someone offers help and you say, “I’m fine.” You get a compliment and brush it off. An opportunity appears and your mind races straight to what could go wrong. Here, you practice receiving support, trusting yourself, and loosening your grip on how everything has to happen. You don’t have to carry your next chapter alone.

The comeback is the win. When you fall out of a practice, pick it up where you left off. No starting over. No beating yourself up. One breath, one next step.

A small shift you can feel

Start with five minutes.

You can’t out-strategize a depleted nervous system. Start with one small practice that brings you back to your body and gives you room to choose what happens next.
